Our role

Representa GmbH acts as Authorized Representative under Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and as Responsible Person under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on the basis of a written mandate from the manufacturer. The mandate can be provided on request.

What we hold for each represented product

  • The EU Declaration of Conformity
  • The technical documentation, kept for 10 years
  • The written mandate from the manufacturer
  • Contact details of the manufacturer

Requesting documentation

Send your request by email and include the following so we can identify the product:

  1. 1.Product name and model or type designation
  2. 2.The name and address shown on the product or packaging
  3. 3.Your authority or organisation and a contact person
