Toy Safety Regulation

We act as your EU Authorized Representative for toys and keep the documents ready for authorities.

We check EN 71 test reports, the safety assessment and your declaration of conformity.

We review warnings, labels and packaging before your toys ship.
From 1 August 2030 the mandate of an authorized representative also covers keeping the digital product passport available for 10 years (Art. 8 of Regulation (EU) 2025/2509).
